Fire Cider for Cold and Flu

Fire cider is an age-old way to preserve herbs for the fall and winter months and is used to help boost the immune system, increase circulation, and support the liver. We will make a traditional recipe and taste a few variations. Everyone will go home with a fire cider of their own.

Treat yourself or accompany your family chef to this fun class discussing herbs, their uses, and then creating 3 spice blends to use at home or give away as gifts. We’ll make one salt replacement herbal blend, a curry powder, and a taco seasoning. Everyone will go home with 3 spice blends and a few delicious recipes to accompany your spice blends.
