Simple Practices for healthier digestion




Lunch is often a neglected meal in our fast-paced, stressful culture. It is often eaten at our desk while looking over files or while on a digital lunch meeting. You probably don't need me to tell you that this is not the best way for us to eat or for our bodies to digest. Believe it or not, stress and lack of making time to eat can be at the heart of a handful of health concerns. Such as gas, bloating, constipation. Yes, there it is.

What can you do? Simply put... make time to sit and eat, preferably away from work. Realistically this may not be feasible for you every day but let's say that you try for one day this week. Then maybe two days next month. Start creating healthy patterns and they will be easier to keep and harder to break. Try this simple practice for healthier digestion.
